Step 3: Select a courier or postal service of your choice and return the package within 30 days of receipt.
Step 4: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You will be kept informed of the progress via email from our returns department.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Send an email with a photo of the item to support@eluxor.shop. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
